Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No charge.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged if the appointment is not refilled by therapist or client.

Payment Policy: Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods. If you prefer, you can prepay for multiple sessions in advance.

Health History Intake Form: Before your first session, you will be required to complete a Health History Intake Form. This form helps us understand your health background and any specific concerns or conditions you may have. All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of tailoring your massage therapy session to your needs. This form will be emailed to you when you schedule your appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy: Respect and professionalism are essential in our massage therapy office. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, lewd comments, or any form of harassment, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In the event of such behavior:

  • The massage session will be immediately terminated.

  • The client will be asked to leave the premises.

  • Law enforcement may be notified if necessary.

  • No refunds will be provided for the terminated session.

Our top priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for all clients. Please adhere to these policies to ensure a positive experience for yourself and others.

Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen delays can happen, but please be aware that arriving late may result in a shorter session to accommodate our next client's appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled, and you may be charged for the full scheduled session.

Hygiene and Health Precautions: For the safety and comfort of both clients and therapists, we ask that you maintain good personal hygiene and health. If you are feeling unwell, have a contagious illness, or have any skin conditions or open wounds, please reschedule your appointment for a later date.

Feedback and Communication: Your feedback is important to us. During your massage, if you have any concerns, questions, or specific requests related to your massage therapy session, please feel free to communicate them with your therapist. We are here to ensure you have the best possible experience.
